Desktop Client 0.3.0: self-update and livery previews
Updating the client is now one click, and while syncing you see the liveries you get. Also fixes the "blue window" on start.
No more downloading installers: from now on the client updates itself with one click. And syncing is more fun when you see what arrives, so every livery now comes with a preview image. Get the new version on the desktop client page, one last time by hand.

- Livery cards with a preview image and links to the artist and the livery page.
- Collections tab: a first step towards managing your collections from the client.
- Connection check: the client shows who you are logged in as and whether it can reach the website.
- Fixed the "blue window" some of you saw after a Windows update, and the log file is written correctly again.
- The livery filter moved to the top, plus a refreshed look and a debug mode for troubleshooting.
